A few days ago, Dortmund released their 24-25 third kit, with some minor changes compared to the prototype that was leaked earlier. We were able to provide a comparison to see the changes before Puma releases the final version.
Dortmund 24-25 Third Prototype vs Final Kits
By far the biggest difference between the prototype kit and the official Dortmund 24-25 third kit is the color of the logos. Puma changed the color of the logos (Puma logo, Dortmund crest and sponsor) from white (same the color of the jersey) to black to match the color of the collar and make them stand out more.
The "Borussia Verbindet" text on the back of the collar has also been changed from white to black to make it stand out.
After the prototype jersey was leaked, it received mixed reviews from fans as the color of the logos seemed to blend into the jersey, making them invisible. Perhaps Puma listened to the fans and made a few changes before releasing the final version.

Spanish Primera Federación side Real Unión (third division) have officially unveiled their new 2026-27 home and away kits, produced by Macron. Ajax to Lose Ziggo as Main Shirt Sponsor
Dutch telecommunications company Ziggo has announced it will step down as the main shirt sponsor of Ajax following the conclusion of the 2026-27 season. This decision will bring an end to a long-standing partnership that first began in January 2015, marking a 12.5-year run on the front of the iconic Amsterdam kits.
VodafoneZiggo stated that the decision not to extend the current agreement stems from a strategic shift to focus on new brand initiatives and partnerships outside of football. The current deal, which is reportedly valued at around €10 million to €12 million per year, leaves a significant commercial spot to fill on the Ajax jersey.
Ajax is now actively searching for a replacement main sponsor to take over the front-of-shirt rights starting from the 2027-28 season. Fans will see the familiar Ziggo logo on the club's shirts for one final campaign before a new era begins for the Dutch giants.
