Overall, the prototype kit and the official Inter 24-25 home kit are not too different. The biggest difference is the placement of the two stars above the Inter crest.
Nike originally placed the two stars vertically above the Inter crest. They then placed the two stars side by side horizontally in the final product.
One change you may not notice is that Nike have made the vertical blue and black stripes a little wider on the final kit than on the prototype kit.

For the away kit, there are no changes from the prototype version to the official version.
