Do Leeds United, Aston Villa, Benfica & Ajax Have a Chance of Becoming Adidas Elite Teams?
At the moment, we have no specific information on which of these four teams will become Adidas elite clubs. However, if any team is considered to become an Adidas elite team, one of these 4 teams would be the most likely.
We hope to be able to reveal more information soon.
For the 24/25 season, Adidas provided real kits for many teams, including the 5 current elite teams (Real Madrid, Manchester United, Arsenal, Juventus, Bayern Munich) and two newcomers, Newcastle and Aston Villa.
As mentioned in a June article, Adidas' desire to increase the number of elite teams may be related to the new policy of CEO Bjørn Gulden. He is the former CEO of Puma (2016-2022) who has been CEO of Adidas since January 1, 2023. Previously, Puma also supplied authentic kits to many teams.
