No More Nike: Adidas Liverpool 25-26 Kits to Feature Three Different Crests
- Adidas Kit Crests: Liverpool's 2025-26 Adidas kits will feature three different crests: the classic Liverbird on the home kit, the Liverbird in a shield on the away kit, and a modernized 90s badge on the third kit.
- Departure from Nike: This approach of different crests for each kit is a major change from the Nike era, where the same modern Liverbird was used on all kits.
- Full Crest Return: The full Liverpool Football Club crest, used during the previous Adidas era, is not featured in the 2025-26 season and is expected to return in the 2026-27 or 2027-28 season.

The Nike Liverpool 2025-26 home kit will retain the iconic Liverbird emblem, a design that has been the face of Liverpool’s kits throughout the Nike, New Balance, and Warrior eras.

For the Liverpool 25-26 away kit, fans will see a slight variation—the Liverbird will be placed inside a shield.
Liverpool 25-26 Third Kit: Modern Twist on the Early '90s
The most exciting change comes with the Liverpool 25-26third kit, which will feature a modern reinterpretation of Liverpool/s early '90s badge. This fantastically fits the Trefoil logo we will see for the Liverpool 2025-26 third kit.

Intresntgly, not a single kit features the full Liverpool crest, which has been used for all Adidas kits when Adidas last was Liverpool's supplier, from 2006-2012. Footy Headlines expects that we will see the return of the full Liverpool Football Club crest in the 2026-27 or 2027-28 season.
