Update: The special Nike Tiempo 10 'Luxe' boot was launched this morning on Nike's European website, but is now already sold out. It is crafted in Montebelluna, Italy, limited to 5,000 pairs, and retails at 260 Euro (240 Sterling). The US release of the Nike Tiempo Luxe edition is set to happen later today.
Some other retailers are still yet to release the special Nike Tiempo Luxe football boots, including 11Teamsports, Soccer.com, Unisport, and more (Some of them might not stock them at all). Currently, the only store that has them available is the Hong Kong football store Bootmeister.
Indeed, Nike has not only provided the limited-edition Nike Tiempo 'Montebelluna' cleats to the biggest stores, but has given pairs to very many smaller retailers as well. This means that every retailer just stocks an extremely small number of pairs.
Nike Tiempo 10 'Luxe' - Port Wine/Bright Crimson

The special Nike Tiempo 10 'Luxe' football shoes feature a burgundy main color, combined with a shimmering, red Swoosh for a stylish look. Officially, the colorway is "Port Wine/Bright Crimson.".
An Italian flag is near the eyelets. Like the Nike Tiempo 9' Made in Italy' boots, the SE Nike Tiempo football boots are made in Nike's Montebelluna factory.
The heel comes with a very stylish Tiempo Legend lettering, while the sole plate boasts a luxurious shimmering effect.
Regarding tech, the Nike 'Montebelluna' Tiempo 10 football shoes are slightly different from standard colorways for the upper, but still come without leather.
In contrast to the regular Nike Tiempo 10 soccer boots, the Nike Tiempo 10 Montebelluna edition combines the synthetic Flytouch Plus upper with traditional stitching. The heel area is also slightly different, while the collar and sole plate are identical to regular paint jobs.
