Ajax debuted a stunning new 125th anniversary kit yesterday. But in contrast, they wore a terrible goalkeeper kit that completely doesn't match the anniversary kit.
Ajax 125-Year Anniversary Goalkeeper Kit
The Ajax 125th Anniversary goalkeeper jersey is based on the Adidas Tiro 24 goalkeeper teamwear jersey, with the addition of the Amsterdam city coat of arms and small Ziggo sponsor in the center of the jersey to match the anniversary jersey.
However, this keeper's kit is clearly a very sloppy preparation by Adidas. It doesn't even have the Trefoil logo to match the anniversary shirt It also looks completely out of place next to the classic beauty of the jubilee kit.
In contrast to Ajax, Argentina, Colombia, Bayern Munich and, soon, Germany all have Trefoil goalkeeping shirts for their anniversary kits.
