The traditional vertical stripes in sky blue and black, separated by crisp white lines, form the foundation of the Umbro Gremio 2025-2026 shirt. A distinctive white V-neck collar features subtle graphic elements, while the back of the neck displays the word "Immortal" above the Rio Grande do Sul flag.

Almost invisibly in the images, the sides of the Umbro Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense 2025-26 home jersey incorporate a subtle sublimated pattern of circular elements that together form the continents of the world, accompanied by the Grêmio shield. This global theme is reinforced by a special seal on the lower left portion of the shirt featuring the club crest alongside a world map and the phrase "In the four corners of the world, with Grêmio wherever Grêmio is."

Eduardo Dal Pogetto, Umbro Brazil's director, emphasized the importance of storytelling in the design: "It is always a great pleasure to tell the stories of the Immortal on each shirt we make, always thinking about the fans, who are the club's greatest asset."
