AFC Wimbledon Announces Lotto Kit Deal - Lotto Returns to England

  • Partnership Announced: AFC Wimbledon is partnering with Lotto for three years, starting in the 2025-26 season.
  • Nostalgic Reunion: Lotto previously supplied AFC Wimbledon's kits during their Premier League days in the 1990s.
  • Exclusive UK Deal: AFC Wimbledon will be the only UK football club supplied by Lotto in 2025-26, and Kitlocker.com will act as Lotto's UK licensee.

AFC Wimbledon has officially announced a significant three-year partnership with iconic Italian sportswear brand Lotto. Starting from the 2025-26 season, the Dons will be outfitted in Lotto kits, marking a nostalgic reunion with a brand famously worn during the club's 1990s Premier League days. The deal also extends the club's relationship with Kitlocker.com, who will serve as Lotto's official UK licensee.

AFC Wimbledon x Lotto - A Historic Reunion

The new agreement between AFC Wimbledon and Lotto is set for three years, commencing with the 2025-2026 campaign. This partnership revives a historical connection, as Lotto supplied the club's kits during memorable Premier League seasons in the mid-to-late 1990s.

A notable aspect of this deal is its exclusivity. AFC Wimbledon is poised to be the only UK football club supplied by Lotto for the 2025-26 season, ensuring the club receives unique, bespoke kit designs. This move highlights a renewed push by Lotto into the UK football market, spearheaded by their partnership with the Dons.

The collaboration also maintains AFC Wimbledon's existing successful relationship with retailer and distributor Kitlocker.com. Kitlocker will act as the official UK licensee for Lotto, managing the supply and distribution of the teamwear.

Marc Jones, AFC Wimbledon’s Head of Brand, expressed his enthusiasm: “We’re thrilled to be partnering again with Lotto, a brand that holds a special place in our club’s story. This new agreement takes that connection and moves it forward in a fresh, exciting way. We’re looking forward to seeing our fans and players wearing Lotto again. Kitlocker.com has been an exceptional partner, and extending our relationship with them means we can continue to deliver distinctive and unique kits – especially next season, when we’ll be the only club in the EFL playing in bespoke Lotto teamwear.”
Mike Atkin, Director of Licensed Brands at Kitlocker.com, added: "We're thrilled to extend our strong partnership with AFC Wimbledon, everyone at Kitlocker is really excited they are the first club to bring the Lotto football brand back to the UK market. The club was synonymous with Lotto back in the late 90s [...]. Lotto is built on a passion for quality, style and performance and we look forward to delivering some iconic kits for players and fans in the coming years."
Andrea Tomat, CEO of Lotto Sport Italia (LSI), also commented on the reunion: “It’s fantastic to see Lotto return to AFC Wimbledon, a club that exemplifies passion, resilience, and tradition—values we deeply share. Together with Kitlocker.com, we aim to inspire the next generation of athletes and supporters through our innovative, performance-driven sportswear.”

The first bespoke AFC Wimbledon Lotto kits for the 2025-26 season are set to be unveiled in the summer of 2025.

Michael Olise Wears Custom Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 Boots by Matty Boy

Michael Olise took to the pitch for his first 2026 World Cup match against Senegal wearing a unique pair of custom football boots. Rather than opting for one of Nike's current mainline models, Olise laced up in a personalized version of the Nike Hypervenom Phantom III boots.

The boots were customized by artist Matt Digiacomo, widely known as Matty Boy. The design features a distinct hand-painted aesthetic, applying personalized graphics and details directly onto the classic Hypervenom Phantom III 'Just Do It', released in 2018. This choice by Olise highlights a continuing trend of players showcasing bespoke, artist-customized footwear during major tournaments.

The custom Matty Boy edition serves as a striking blend of high-performance football gear and individual streetwear-inspired artistry.

FC Luzern 2026-27 Away Kit Released

The new FC Luzern 2026-27 away kit has been officially released. Made by Erreà, the shirt will be worn during the club's 26-27 Swiss Super League campaign and follows the release of their 125th-anniversary home kit earlier in May.

The Erreà FC Luzern 2026-27 away shirt draws inspiration from one of the city's most representative architectural landmarks, the Jesuit Church. It features a sophisticated tone-on-tone ornamental pattern that runs discreetly across the fabric. A striking blue vertical stripe, enhanced by a subtle golden trim, runs down the center of the shirt, paying homage to the club's traditional colors and adding a touch of elegance to the overall design.

The new Erreà FC Luzern 2026-27 away jersey successfully connects the club's local heritage with a contemporary aesthetic. The kit is currently available to purchase through the official club store.

Spotted: Cavan Sullivan Wears Special Adidas 3D-Printed Boots

Cavan Sullivan is the latest player to be spotted wearing Adidas' newly developed 3D-printed boots. Before him, Atlético Madrid forward Ademola Lookman was the first player seen wearing this special footwear. Big thanks to bootsclub.

The innovative Adidas 3D-printed boots, officially unveiled in late April, are part of the R.A.P. (Radical Athlete Perception) project. The initiative transforms athlete insights into reality through feedback, testing, and performance data, creating products tailored to players' needs.
