The new Nike Chelsea Football Club 26-27 away shirt introduces a simple yet modern aesthetic. The jersey utilizes a completely solid black base, void of any background graphics, textures, or overarching patterns across the torso, with the collar and cuffs being the highlight.

The Chelsea 2026–27 away kit is black, marking the club’s first black away shirt since the 2016-17 season, the campaign in which Chelsea were crowned Premier League champions. The colors are very similar to the 2012-13 away kit.

Providing a nice contrast against the dark base, Nike has applied the logos in 'Midwest Gold'. The design elements that give the shirt character are the graphic patterns on the collar and the sleeve cuffs.

Replacing the standard, full Chelsea badge is the standalone Lion crest, applied in the same Midwest Gold. The last time Chelsea utilized this simplified lion logo was recently on their 2024-25 third kit.
