The challenge of the River Plate 125th anniversary competition is simple: design a shirt that celebrates 125 years of one of South America’s most iconic clubs, blending River Plate’s rich history with a look worthy of the milestone.
There are no strict design restrictions, so the anniversary kit could take many directions, from subtle heritage references to bold tributes to past eras. Red and white will almost certainly remain central, but details inspired by historic crests, classic sashes, or early kits would make sense for such an occasion.
