18 Stunning 1990s & 2000s Adidas / Nike Templates Added to Kit Creator

Kit Creator has added 18 new retro templates inspired by iconic 1990s and early-2000s designs from Adidas and Nike.

Retro Templates Added to Kit Creator

The Kit Creator update includes faithful recreations of classic design structures, ranging from bold diagonal panels and oversized three-stripe executions to early-2000s Nike layouts. These templates are one-to-one recreations of memorable club kits from the era, offering creators the chance to rebuild or reinterpret some of the most distinctive looks in modern football history.

To showcase the new additions, we created two concept kits using the retro templates. The first is a white, black and gold concept for Real Madrid CF, based on a classic 1990s Adidas template. The design combines a traditional white base with strong black contrast panels and gold detailing.

The second concept reimagines FC Barcelona using an early-2000s Nike template.

We also produced realistic player mockups using Kit Vision (currently unreleased - coming soon), featuring Kylian Mbappé and Lamine Yamal wearing the concept shirts. The mockups give a clear idea of how these retro-inspired templates translate onto modern player fits and silhouettes.

The addition of these 18 templates significantly expands the creative possibilities within Kit Creator, especially for users looking to revive late-90s and early-2000s aesthetics.
