Leaked: Rejected Inter Milan 25-26 Third Kit Prototype

An image of an unreleased Inter Milan 2025-2026 third kit prototype has surfaced online, giving us a look at a design that Nike/the club ultimately decided against. The picture was shared by shirt collector Semih Keçecioğlu.

The rejected Nike Inter 25-26 third shirt prototype features a light greyish-blue base color, combined with striking fluorescent yellow and black accents. The Nike Swoosh is placed on the right side of the chest, while a recolored Inter crest sits centrally, both colored in bright neon yellow to match the trim on the sleeve cuffs.

Indeed, these colors evoke memories of one of the most popular Inter change kits in history, the 97-98 Third Kit. These colors will be brought back for the 2026-2027 season, which might be one reason why the design was rejected.
