- New Kit Supplier: TSV 1860 Munich has announced a three-year kit deal with local Munich-based brand Societas, replacing Joma, which will commence from the 2026-27 season.
- Crest Change: Due to a trademark clash following the insolvency of the professional football company, the new Societas kits will temporarily feature the historical FA (Fußballabteilung) logo instead of the iconic lion crest.
- Societas Brand Background: Societas is a new football kit brand founded in 2024 by the creators of A Kind of Guise and Bureau Borsche, which has previously produced special kits for 1860 Munich's e.V. and collaborated on fashion collections for other prominent clubs.
TSV 1860 Munich has officially announced local Munich-based brand Societas as the club's new kit supplier, replacing Joma. The new partnership will run for three years, starting from the 26-27 season. Societas is already familiar to the fans, having previously produced special kits for 1860 Munich's e.V. (registered association) over the past years.
No Lion Crest on 1860 München Kits
A significant visual change for the upcoming kits will be the club crest. Due to the recent insolvency of the club's professional football company (KGaA) and the resulting loss of commercial trademark rights, 1860 Munich will temporarily not be able to use their iconic lion crest. Instead, the new Societas kits will feature the historical FA (Fußballabteilung) logo.
Societas Brand
While Societas is a new player as a primary kit manufacturer, the brand has an established (yet short) background in design. The company has previously collaborated on fashion collections for several prominent clubs, including VfB Stuttgart, FC Augsburg, VfL Bochum, and Young Boys Bern.
Societas is a football kit brand founded by the creators of A Kind of Guise and Bureau Borsche in Munich in 2024. Its first project was a bespoke green-and-gold members' kit for TSV 1860 München e.V., which sold out quickly due to strong fan support. Bureau Borsche created the branding and kits for several huge and popular clubs, including Inter and Venezia.

Hanoi FC Uses Same Adidas Template as Mercedes F1 Shirt
Vietnamese V.League 1 side Hanoi FC and Adidas have unveiled the first kits from their new partnership, with the design immediately sparking discussion over its unusual short Three Stripes layout across the shoulders.
The shirt uses a new Adidas template with short 3-Stripes on the shoulders and a classic crew neck, a design primarily seen on takedown jersey (fan version). The same template is also used by Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula 1, including the team's latest “Vanda Bloom” collection. The purple colourway closely matches Hanoi FC's traditional identity.
The shirt uses a mixed construction: the body features standard Adidas Climacool fabric, while the sleeves use Player-version material.

The shirt is complemented by white Joma branding, the club's crest on the left chest, and the La Sagra 0.0 sponsor on the front.
The launch of the green home strip rounds out CD Toledo's 26-27 kit set, following the earlier reveals of their black and gold pinstriped away kit and a 1990s-inspired gray third kit.
Aston Villa Announce 8Xbet as Official Asian Betting Partner
Aston Villa have officially confirmed online sportsbook operator 8Xbet as the club's Official Betting Partner in Asia. The regional partnership aims to bolster the Premier League side's commercial reach across the Far East through localized digital campaigns, fan engagement activations, and branded assets.
The agreement follows Aston Villa's recent pre-season tour across Asia and replaces their previous regional collaboration with NOVA88. 8Xbet is already well known within English football, having previously secured regional Asian betting partnerships with clubs such as Manchester City and Chelsea.
As Premier League regulations place tighter restrictions on front-of-shirt gambling sponsorships in the domestic UK market, clubs increasingly look toward geo-targeted overseas partnerships to maintain commercial revenue in Asian territories.
