Since the 2011-12 season, Puma and BVB have consistently released a separate cup kit (Pokaltrikot) designated specifically for domestic cup fixtures in the DFB-Pokal and European matches in the UEFA Champions League. However, for 26-27, the club will refrain from launching a fourth standalone jersey for cup competitions.
