- Other Special Kits: During the tournament, a special red and gold version of the referee kit was also employed for significant matches, including the historic 1,000th World Cup game, both Semi-Finals, and the Bronze Final.
Update - Saturday, July 18, 2026: The referee team for the 2026 World Cup final has showcased their special black & gold Adidas Referee 26 football kits. These are a custom creation for the final and not available to buy.
As per our previous leak, FIFA's kit registration documents have confirmed that referee Slavko Vinčić and his team will wear a special black and gold colorway. This marks the first time in World Cup history that referees have been given a unique shirt specifically for the final match.
Black & Gold 2026 World Cup Referee Final Kit
The black & gold Adidas 2026 World Cup final referee kit is based on the regular Adidas 26 referee model, with only a change of colors.
During the tournament, a special red and gold version of the referee kit was also used in the historic 1,000th World Cup match, as well as the two Semi-Finals and the upcoming Bronze Final.

Interestingly, Adidas also created a white & gold referee 26 shirt in case a light referee kit was needed for the 2026 World Cup final.
