Notably, the two central stars are slightly larger and higher than the outer ones, creating an arched visual effect. Every star features the year of the victory, including one for 26.
Had Argentina secured the victory, this new logo would have been immediately used on celebratory merchandise and future kits. Instead, the national team will continue with their current 3-star badge.
