James Rodríguez Trains in Unreleased 2017 Adidas Predator Mania Champagne Remakes

Ahead of a possible debut in an official game, Real Madrid 'golden boy' James Rodríguez laced up in the highly anticipated, unreleased Adidas Predator Mania Champagne boots that are set to be launched as modernized remake next year. Thanks to Sören for the tip.

James to Debut Adidas Predator Mania Champagne Boots

Inspired by the iconic 2002 model, the new Adidas Predator Mania Champagne cleats have an off-white upper and combine it with red, used for the traditional fold-over tongue and the lower part of the studs, and black, the color of the Adidas stripes and the laces.

Tech-wise, where the early-2000s original had kangaroo leather, the Adidas Predator Mania Champagne remakes feature a synthetic leather upper, while the archaic sole plate and blades have made place for a modern Sprintframe plate and conical studs.

We'll definitely keep an eye on James in tomorrow's Champions League game against Borussia Dortmund, but at the moment nothing indicates that the limited-edition Adidas Predator Mania Champagne boots will be released sooner than initially expected. They are still set for a May 2017 launch.
