Nike Tiempo Legend VII - Tech Info + Release Date + Launch Colorway Leaked

We can reveal that the next-gen Nike Tiempo Legend VII will feature a partial Flyknit upper, for the first time in the history of the silo. The very first Nike Tiempo Legend 7 boots will be released in summer 2017.

The likes of Carvajal and Varane at Real Madrid have been trying the new generation of the Nike Tiempo Legend on several occasions over the past couple of months and more high-profile Tiempo athletes are set to join them as the Tiempo Legend VII edges closer to its official release.

Nike Tiempo Legend VII - Features

It looks like the next-gen Nike Tiempo Legend VII 2017 boots will - for the first time in the history of the Nike Tiempo - have a partial knitted upper. Of course, the majority of the upper of the Nike Tiempo Legend VII will still be made of high-quality kangaroo-leather, but the heel part will be made of Flyknit for the first time in an attempt to offer more stability and support.

Lateral Flywire strings will be another key feature of the Nike Tiempo Legend 7, while the lateral Swoosh will be printed instead of sewn in order to improve flexibility and reduce weight.

Last but not least, the sole plate and stud configuration of the Nike Tiempo Legend VII 2017 boots will also be updated in comparison to the predecessor. The Tiempo Legend 7 will boast the new, so called "Hyper Stable" stud configuration that is set to reduce weight as well.

Nike Tiempo Legend VII - Release Date

The first Nike Tiempo Legend 7 will be released in June 2017 and are expected to be debuted at next summer's Confederations Cup in Russia by the likes of Jerome Boateng.

Nike Tiempo Legend VII - Launch Colorway

Part of a collection with fitting Magista and Mercurial boots, the very first Nike Tiempo Legend VII cleats will be split between orange and black and feature a white Swoosh. Volt will be included, too. The official colors of the first Nike Tiempo Legend VII are "Black / White / Laser Orange / Volt".

In addition to that, the Nike Tiempo Legend VII boots will also be released in a more traditional, black-and-white colorway at the same time.

We expect the Nike Tiempo Legend VII to retail at the same price as the current generation which is €200 (£160).
