Just like the home, the Palmeiras 2017-18 away kit features a simple 'P' in place of the contemporary club crest. It is white with green stripes that fade towards the bottom, inspired by Palmeiras' 1996 kit.
On the back of the collar of the new Palmeiras 2017-18 away kit is a special label with the writing "E nasce o Palmeiras campeão, 1942", (When the champions Palmeiras were born) in reference to Palmeiras' name change due to the World War II. Palmeiras won the league title in their 'debut year'.

The Palmeiras 17-18 third kit, meanwhile, is dark green with gold logos, again featuring the 'P' logo. It also has a gold v-collar and gold sleeve cuffs, with the three stripes running down the sides of the shirt in the same color.
It is inspired by the "Dragón Heroica" that happened in 1942. The episode marked the change of name from Palestra to Palmeiras due to the Second World War. In his first game as Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, the club had to win the game to be champion. In the 19 minutes of the second half, Palmeiras beat Sao Paulo 3-1, when Sao Paulo had a penalty in their favor, but surprising to everyone, decided to leave the field before the collection, which confirmed the title-winning victory of Palmeiras in the club's first match with the new name.
"The history of Palmeiras is simply fantastic. Which great club in the world can say that it was champion in its first game? It's a unique fact: a winning club since birth. And this historic achievement deserves to be remembered for the new generations to know the importance of Palmeiras. We are proud to make a shirt that celebrates this moment in the history of Palmeiras," said Luiz Gaspar, head of soccer adidas Brazil.

The Number on the Egypt Puma Kit Came Off
During Egypt's World Cup match against New Zealand, striker Mostafa Ziko was seen wearing a 'damaged' jersey after one of the digits on the front came off. Although he was wearing the number 11 shirt, one of the "1"s fell off, making it look like he was wearing number 1 instead.
The number appears to have been poorly heat-applied to the jersey and gradually peeled off due to sweat during the game. The incident occurred as Mostafa Ziko celebrated his goal, when one of the digits in his number 11 shirt detached, leaving only a single "1" visible on the front.
Morocco 2026 World Cup Kit Features Different Name Set to Commercial Version
Fans looking to purchase the exact Morocco 2026-27 home kit worn by the players at the World Cup will find a noticeable difference in the name and number sets. While official product pictures of the Puma kit display the chest numbers in gold, the actual shirts worn by the Moroccan national team feature a lighter, white-colored application. Big thanks to @rockonbaPES.
Alongside the retail discrepancies, there have been multiple reports of Puma kits easily ripping during tournament matches. These material failures have affected several of the brand's sponsored teams, including Morocco, Czechia, Egypt, and Paraguay.
