Shocking Puma Bordeaux Prototype Shirt Surfaces

Courtesy of football shirt collector @GusCamisetas, a rather shocking prototype of a possible Girondins Bordeaux change jersey has surfaced, shedding a light on something that probably should have been kept where it wouldn't be found.

Based on Puma template that's certainly a bit older, the shirt incorporates trademark 'v' across the chest - unfortunately, it's only downhill from here.

A ridiculous gradient from pink to white covers most of the front and is only topped by a pattern of small treble-crescents, as found in the center of the club crest, that gives the whole design a rather toxic look.

Bordeaux are no strangers to risky kit design, as evidenced by this little selection:

Somewhere between Puma creating this prototype and club signing it off for production, someone stepped in to stop the process and we should be thankful for that.
