This is the UEFA Nations League sleeve patch.
The UEFA Nations League sleeve badge is actually just showing the upper flag part of the official UEFA Nations League logo. The UEFA Nations League logo includes all the colours of the national flags of the 55 competing nations. It is a 'brand that, like the competition itself, is always in motion and this is represented through triangles – moving up and downwards – which underline promotion and relegation with constantly changing shapes.'
The UEFA Respect logo is placed on the left sleeve in the UEFA Nations League.
