Club America Forward Shows Off Classic Nike Mercurial Boots

24-years old Club America striker Roger Martínez has shown off a classic pair of Nike Mercurial soccer boots in training this week.

Combining the colors maroon and silver, Roger Martínez's Nike Mercurial Vapor III soccer boots were originally launched in 2006, worn by players such as Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Nike Mercurial Vapor VII soccer cleats were the first to Nike's back then revolutionary Teijin synthetic upper. The Nike Mercurial Vapor III boots also featured a carbon composite internal chassis and a two-piece plate with direct inject stud. They weight in at 7.7 oz (218 g).

In fact, Nike released a Nike Mercurial 360 football boot with that color - the Nike Mercurial 360 Rising Fire paint job.
