Here Is Why FIFA 19 Does Not Feature The Latest Nike Boots
If you are plying FIFA 19, you surely noticed that EA Sports has not added new Nike soccer cleats since months now. Now it has been likely revealed why EA Sports' FIFA 19 does not feature the latest Nike boots.
Nike Wants More Adverting In The Game
According to usually well-informed FIFA EA Sports forum user Davide1774, the reason for FIFA not featuring the latest Nike boots is pretty simple - EA wants more advertising in the game (there are many Adidas adverts in FIFA traditionally, e.g. in the FIFA 19 The Journey Mode).
"Nike has asked for more EA advertising in the game. They still have not found an agreement, which they will find as soon as possible. We just have to wait and told me that the EA is sorry for all this!"
Interestingly, Nike and FIFA did cooperate for the Nike x EA Sports Phantom VSN football boot just a few months ago, and they are expected to do that again this year.
KONAMI's PES 2019, however, does feature all of the latest football boot releases from Adidas, Nike, Puma and also Joma. The latest PES 2019 Data Pack added the Nike Phantom VNM as well as all other new boos releases. FIFA does feature the latest Adidas and Puma football shoes.

As part of the agreement brokered via SportsHubGroup, Reebok will manufacture all match and training kits for Real Valladolid. Additionally, the brand will release exclusive fan products and lifestyle collections for the club's supporters over the course of the next three seasons.
