Arjen Robben Returns From Retirement Wearing Old, Non-Camouflaged Adidas X 17.1 Boots
Arjen Robben has made the next steps for his comeback as professional for his youth club FC Groningen by starting training on the pitch if the Dutch side. However, as we expected, he did not wear 2020 boots.
Arjen Robben Laces Up In Old Camouflaged White / Red / Black Adidas X Football Boots
Arjen Robben did not lace up in the latest Adidas soccer cleats but in the old white / red / black colorway of the Adidas X 17.1 football boots.
Tech-wise, Robben's boots are the same as the standard edition of the Adidas X 17.1 Leather boots - before he "ended" his career for Bayern Munich after the 2019 German Cup final he was wearing a camouflaged version of the Adidas X 17.1 with a custom leather upper and a custom tongue construction.
We will keep an eye on Arjen Robben's cleats in the coming weeks.
What do you think of Arjen Robben's boot choice? Do you think he will wear these camouflaged boots until the end of his time as professional? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
