The Nike Trophy IV football kit template is not used by the top clubs but by the likes of Augsburg, Preston North End, AZ Alkmaar and Livingston.

Some teams such as Young Boys Bern, Preston and Sunderland received an exclusive colorway for the Nike Trophy IV template, while most others have a 100% standard paint job.
