7 Umbro Brasil "Pink October" Kits Released - Santos, Gremio & More
UK Double Diamond brand Umbro yesterday evening revealed pink jerseys for its Brazilian teams - Avai, Chapecoense, Fluminense, Gremio, Santos, Athletico Paranaense and Sport Recife. The new pink shirts make aware of the “Breast Cancer Awareness Month”, which is is celebrated in October every year.
Umbro's Brazilian subsidiary signed an agreement with FEMAMA (Federação Brasileira de Instituições Filantrópicas de Apoio à Saúde da Mama - Brazilian Federation of Philanthropic Institutions to Support Breast Health) to generate actions that raise awareness in women to undergo examinations that can prevent the disease.
Umbro 2020 Pink FEMAMA Kits
Based on the template used for the 125-years football in Brazil anniversary kits, the Umbro Brasil 2020 Pink October jerseys combine a pink base with a subtle diamond patterns and a fine line that runs along the top of the chest and sleeves.
During October, all clubs will have actions on their social networks as part of this agreement and part of the proceeds from the sales will be donated to FEMAMA.
