The Three Stripes brand Adidas have prepared a retro collection for Argentinian club River Plate.

For the 2021 River Plate collection, Adidas takes inspiration from the club's 1985-86 shirt. In that shirt, the club won the Argentine league, Copa Libertadores, and Intercontinental Cup (the processor of Club World Cup).
Back in 1986, River's kit featured a special 'Caloi Lion' crest. The reissue comes with the current River logo.
In 1986, after a long drought without winning any championships, back-then River president Santilli hired the renowned artist Caloi to create a badge that would be aggressive and winning. Caloi who is a River Plate fan created a circular shield with a lion peeking out of the stadium “El monumental.” That badge would present River Plate proclaim themselves champions of Argentina, America, and the world.
The new Adidas Originals collection includes three items. A 1985-86-inspired shirt (jersey), a track jacket as well as a white t-shirt.

German club VfL Osnabrück have unveiled a special kit for their DFB-Pokal first-round clash against FC Bayern Munich. Manufactured by Capelli Sport, the one-off jersey pays homage to one of the biggest cup upsets in German football history, when Osnabrück defeated Bayern 5-4 at the Olympiastadion in Munich on September 23, 1978.
The Osnabrück 26-27 DFB-Pokal special shirt closely mirrors the clean aesthetic worn during that historic 1978 triumph. Predominantly white, it features a bold retro polo collar and matching sleeve cuffs in Osnabrück's signature purple.
Completing the look, the special edition kit is paired with matching white shorts and socks accented by purple detailing. The kit will be worn exclusively during the home cup tie against Bayern Munich at the Bremer Brücke and is available through the club's official retail channels.
