NS Mura Beat Tottenham Wearing Makeshift Kits With Box to Meet Uefa Kit Rules
- Match Result: NŠ Mura defeated Tottenham in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
- Kit Modification: NŠ Mura added a grey box to the back of their shirts to comply with UEFA regulations for name and number visibility.
- Olympiacos Kit: Olympiacos, whose kit design was used by Mura, received a kit from Adidas with a plain back and did not need to modify their design.
Slovenian club NŠ Mura beat Tottenham in the UEFA Europa Conference League on Thursday night. They did so wearing a kit with a little fix.
NS Mura Add Box to Have Plain Space For Names & Numbers
To apply with the UEFA Equipment Regulations, NS Mura added a grey box to the back of the shirt. UEFA force teams to have a plain space for the shirt names and numbers in their kit regulations.
In the league, Mura are wearing gold numbers. The numbers in the shorts were gold in the UEFA Europa Conference League as well.
Indeed, Mura's kit is based on the same design as the kit of Olympiakos. Olympiakos, meanwhile, received a kit with a plain back from Adidas and did not have to trick.
