Adidas and Yohji Yamamoto are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the partnership this spring. Zinedine Zidane has been chosen as an ambassador for the new campaign of the brand's Adidas Y-3 Spring/Summer collection.
Adidas Y-3 SS2022 20-Years Anniversary Collection
The first part of the Spring/Summer 2022 Adidas Y-3 collection includes a range of mainly black items, such as layering pieces, basics, accessories, bags, and footwear.
The kit follows the style of the overall collection
For the photoshoot, Yamamoto equipped people with the new collection. They, however, do not simply wear them - they twist, leap, and dance, demonstrating the inherent freedom of movement that Y-3 encourages.
The Adidas Y-3 20 years anniversary campaign is called “20 Years: Re-coded".
“The Zidane campaign represents an intervention – a moment of reflection to look back on figures with an iconic relationship to Yohji Yamamoto and Y-3,” explained Jamie Reid, the campaign’s creative director. “The pairing of one of football’s all-time greats with Gabriel Moses, an incredible artist of a new generation, offers a fresh interpretation of the brand’s past, present, and future”.
One of the main pieces of the collection is the Adidas Y-3 Ultraboost 22. There are various other items and shows included in the first part of the SS22 collection.
Adidas x Yohji Yamamoto Real Madrid 21-22 Special-Edition Kit
The Adidas Y-3 Real Madrid 2021-22 special-edition football shirt goes for a clean aesthetic in black with all-white logos and featuring a faint graphic across the front, back and sleeves.
There's also the Adidas Y-3 Real Madrid 2021-22 special-edition goalkeeper football shirt, which is pink with black.

Japanese J3 League club Zweigen Kanazawa have unveiled their new 2026-27 kits, produced by Hummel. The release introduces a bespoke look for the upcoming season, deeply rooted in the local culture of Ishikawa Prefecture.
The Hummel Zweigen Kanazawa 2026-27 shirts are inspired by Kaga Temari, a traditional regional craft famous for its intricately patterned, embroidered balls. This unique geometric motif covers the kits, symbolizing unity. According to the club, each stitch builds a larger beautiful pattern, representing the collective efforts of the team and supporters uniting for their shared goals. The uniforms also feature the logos of ten different club sponsors across the shirt and shorts.
The Hummel Zweigen Kanazawa 2026-27 kits are available to purchase during the club's primary sales window, which runs until July 5, 2026.
