Mexico Renew Deal With Brewery Grupo Modelo - Shows Off 2022 Home Kit With Sponsor Logo

The Mexican National Team and brewery Grupo Modelo renewed their sponsorship for four years until 2026. For the announcement, they created an Adidas Mexico 2022 World Cup home kit with the logo of the company on the front.

Grupo Modelo is a large brewery in Mexico that export beer to most countries of the world. Its export brands include Corona, Modelo, and Pacífico.

The Grupo Modelo logo was put in a monochromatic white/green version on the shirt, while the logo of their beer Corona was put on the top back, with the year 2026 below.

NHL have become the last US league to make the way free for uniform sponsors

There is no info that suggests that FIFA could allow sponsors on football kits anytime soon. However, there is a trend to sponsors on jerseys in sports - NHL will have sponsors on their uniforms for the first time from the upcoming 2022-2023 season.
