Ilkay Gündogan Set to Make a Boot Switch to Adidas Predator
- Gündogan's Boot Change: Ilkay Gündogan has switched from Adidas Copa boots to the new Adidas Predator 2024 'Predstrike' cleats in training.
- Previous Boot Preference: Gündogan previously preferred the synthetic 'Parley' edition of the Adidas Copa, made from recycled ocean waste.
- New Predator Choice: Gündogan has opted for the laced version of the Adidas Predator 2024 'Predstrike' cleats, rather than the laceless version.
In training this week, Gündogan stepped onto the field donning wearing a different silo than usual.
Gündogan had been wearing the Adidas Copa football boots for some time now, but with a twist. Gündogan preferred the synthetic 'Parley' edition, made partially from recycled ocean waste, over the traditional leather upper of the Copa series. He received camouflaged Parley Copas for the last few colorways.
