1. FC Magdeburg has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic attack at the Magdeburg Christmas market, extending condolences to victims, the injured, and their families. In a gesture of solidarity, the team will wear special jerseys during their Friday home game against Eintracht Braunschweig.
These jerseys will be auctioned after the match. Proceeds will be donated to the official account set up by the city of Magdeburg. The Magdeburg 2024-2025 special-edition uniform will not be commercially available.

French Ligue 2 club Grenoble Foot 38 have officially unveiled a special one-off kit for the opening match of the 2026-27 season. Made by Nike, the unique shirt has been hand-personalised by supporters, featuring handwritten messages, signatures and drawings collected during the club's pre-season event in Saint-Marcellin.
The special jersey celebrates the bond between the club and its fans, ensuring Grenoble's supporters will be represented on the pitch even away from home. Following the match, the 11 shirts worn by the starting lineup will be auctioned through the club's official online store.
