Bayern München to Extend Telekom Deal Until 2032

According to a report from BILD, the new agreement will be valid for five years, starting in 2027 and lasting until 2032. The total value of the contract over this period amounts to a staggering 325 million euros.

This sponsorship deal translates to an annual payment of around 65 million euros from Deutsche Telekom. This represents a significant increase, nearly 30% compared to the approximately 50 million euros per year that Bayern received under the previous contract. This impressive rise is a testament to Bayern's brand strength amid the current financial landscape of European football.

Previously, Telekom had faced fierce competition from UAE airline Emirates, who were very eager to place their brand on the front of Bayern's jersey. However, Telekom has ultimately won the battle to retain their place as the primary sponsor for the German champions.
