This type of issue is typically attributed to an insufficient application of the sponsor logo, likely due to incorrect temperature, pressure, or time during the heat-pressing process.

This is not a manufacturing defect with the Hummel kit itself, but rather a clear issue with the application of the sponsor logo. It seems the heat press was likely not applied with sufficient temperature, pressure, or time, causing the adhesive to fail, especially after the player started sweating during the game.
