On Football Kit Concepts by Gollo Design

Graphic creator Gollo Design (gollofootball) has stepped up to answer that question with an extensive concept project. Imagining On entering European club football, Gollo created home kits for 16 top European teams, including Real Madrid, Arsenal, Barcelona, AC Milan, Juventus, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, PSG, and Sporting CP.

The concepts adhere to On's established design identity from running, trail, and tennis apparel. Each jersey is built on a shared, ultra-modern template characterized by ergonomic raglan-style cuts, reduced seam lines, and a sleek hybrid V-notch collar. The minimalist On logo sits cleanly on the right chest, complemented by discreet brand motifs positioned around the outer sleeve cuffs.

To translate each club's heritage into On's aesthetic, Gollo integrated the brand's signature technical textures. The AC Milan jersey reinterprets the traditional Rossoneri stripes through a fine halftone dot fade, while Arsenal's concept features soft red-to-white gradients emerging from the sleeves into the body. Borussia Dortmund receives subtle ombré shading across a clean yellow base, and clubs like Juventus, Bayern Munich, and PSG showcase sharp, restrained applications that emphasize technical fabrications over busy graphics.
