Mario Götze Shows Off Modified Gold Nike Magista Obra Boots

FC Bayern Munich's Mario Götze stood out this week wearing a unique Nike Magista Obra Boot. We decided to take a closer look at the golden boots worn by the 23-year old attacking midfielder.

Boasting a golden look, Mario Götze's custom Nike Magista Obra Soccer Cleats are designed to make a bold statement on the pitch. The Nike Magista Obra Mario Götze 2016 Football Boot combines the golden main color with a black Swoosh and a black Dynamic Fit collar and white details.

On the outstep of the golden Mario Götze 2016 Cleats is the lettering Mamba, a tribute to NBA legend Kobe Bryant who played his last match earlier this week.

Mario Götze's Nike Magista Obra Boot also features a different sole plate than the regular edition of the Nike Magista Obra. Whereas the regular edition of the Nike Magista Obra features only conical studs, Mario Götze's custom Nike Magista Obra Cleat comes with a sole plate that is similar to the one known from old Nike Total 90 Boots, and also similar to the sole plates used by players such as Iniesta and Mascherano.
