Valencia to Sign Puma Kit Deal
Valencia's contract with Valencia will expire at the end of the 2018-19 season. Now Spanish newspaper Marca reports that Puma are favorites to become the new jersey maker of Valencia CF.
The current Adidas Valencia CF kit deal is worth around 1.7 million Euro / season and valid until Summer 2019. Valencia's previous deal with Joma was worth up to 4 million Euro / season.
Puma to Make Valencia Kits From 2019?
Puma are favorites to make the kits of Spanish La Liga club Valencia CF.
Marca reports that Puma has already contacted Valencia several times to become their kit supplier. Valencia wants around 5 million Euro / season if they qualify for the Champions League.
According to Marca it should not take long for the definitive agreement to be signed. Other brands who have contacted Valencia to become their jersey supplier are New Balance, Under Armour and Joma, but according to the Spanish newspaper Puma have won the negotiations as of now. Adidas and Nike are not interested to become Valencia's kit supplier as they concentrate on the biggest clubs.
