UEFA Does Not Allow Two Sponsors (Sleeve Sponsors) On Kits
When the German national player was substituted, he wore the wrong jersey. He was wearing the Bundesliga shirt of the Bavarians, which has a Qatar Airways emblem on its arm in addition to the T-Mobile logo on its chest. According to UEFA, two sponsors are banned.
The UEFA control committee is now investigating as only one sponsor per jersey is allowed in European competitions. The decision will be made on 16 May, when it will be decided whether and how hard the German champion will be punished.
