After witnessing the first matchday over the course of the last weekend, we want to give you an overview about the current kit supplier situation within the Liga NOS. It's a quite unique one for European first division affairs.

Numbers-wise, Lacatoni, Nike and Macron lead the pack with each brand supplying three teams in the Liga NOS 2019-20 kit battle. Trailing in second are hummel as well as CDT with 2 teams, while Adidas, Joma, Mizuno, New Balance and PlayGround Stars each sponsor one club.

Portugal's arguably biggest clubs are sponsored by three different suppliers: Benfica (adidas), Porto (New Balance) & Sporting CP (Macron). Interestingly, this is the only presence of both adidas and New Balance within the 2019-20 Liga NOS kit battle.
