Real Madrid right back Dani Carvajal has become the world's first player to be spotted wearing a blackout prototype version of the next-generation Nike Phantom VSN 2 football boots in training.
Carvajal Wears Blackout Next-Gen Nike Phantom VSN 2 2020 Boots in Training
Totally blackout, Carvajal's boots feature no visible brandings. However, it is easy to know that he is wearing the next-gen Nike Phantom VSN as those already got leaked, and his boots feature the same elements as the leaked Phantom Vision 2.
The next-gen Nike Phantom VSN 2 football boots follow the same concept as the first generation - the Nike Phantom Vision II again features the trademark lace-cover. Nike added a pull-tab to the boots, which is not really visible on the blackout pictures of Carvajal's cleats.
The material in the rear of the next-gen Nike Phantom VSN boots seems to be softer than the one of the current generation.
If we look at the "bottom" of the boots, they are also very similar - the sole plate appears to be almost identical.
The next-generation Nike Phantom Vision 2 soccer cleats will be launched in February 2020 in a black, red and white colorway.
