Marseille Wears Unique 'Africa' Kits Printing Against PSG

Update: Marseille faced Paris Saint-Germain earlier today. Results-wise PSG won 2-0, but it was the amazing font 'inspired by Africa' that caught our eye. In fact, Olympqiue Marseille was supposed to debut it earlier against Stade Rennais, but the game was canceled due to a riot of club supporters at the training ground prior to the game.

Marseille yesterday released three special "OM Africa” lifestyle jerseys to support its "OM Africa" program. To crown this week dedicated to Africa, Olympique Marseille will wear special numbers and patches in today's Ligue 1 match against Stade Rennais.

OM Africa was launched a year ago by the club. The objective of the program is to bring together and unite all its supporters around events on the African continent, but also to develop training, thanks to its "OM School" program, and projects social programs carried by OM Fondation.

Special Olympique Marseille 'OM Africa' Match kits

Based on the regular Marseille 2020-21 kits, the special 'OM Africa' versions comes with the logo of "OM Africa" on the front, and unique colorful graphic numbers.

The font itself is the same as the standard Ligue 1 typeface that was launched ahead of the 2020-21 season.

In contrast to the three 'lifestyle' OM Africa kits, the special Olympique Marseille numbers are not available to purchase.
