Adidas Is History: Rapid Wien Officially Announces Puma Kit Deal

Rapid Wien officially announced that they will wear Puma equipment from next season, confirming previous rumours. The new deal was closed in cooperation with retailer 11teamsports. We already reported about the imminent agreement back in October 2020.
Puma replaces Adidas after over 20 years beginning with the 2021-22 campaign. The deal will be handled by 11teamsports, a big online store for football equipment that also manages a lot of "smaller" deals for the biggest brands.
Rapid Wien Puma Kit Deal
The new SK Rapid Wien Puma kit deal will initially run for five years. The contract with Adidas will run out after this season. We expect the deal to be worth a seven-figure sum for the full contract length. Puma will supply gear for the senior teams as well as the club's youth teams.

French National 1 club Bourges FC have officially unveiled their new 2026-27 home kit. Made by New Balance, the new shirt combines the club's traditional colours with subtle modern detailing.
The New Balance Bourges FC 2026-27 home shirt features classic red and white vertical stripes, with subtle diagonal light-grey geometric textures incorporated into the white panels. Solid red detailing covers the shoulders, sleeves and upper chest, while Air Senegal appears above the central city symbol and Groupe Alpha I.S.I completes the main front sponsorship.

Beerschot 26-27 Away Kit Released
Belgian club K. Beerschot V.A. have officially unveiled their new 2026-27 away kit. Made by Nova, the new shirt celebrates Antwerp's cultural heritage through a distinctive local-inspired design.
The Nova Beerschot 2026-27 away shirt features a predominantly white base with deep purple detailing on the collar, sleeve cuffs and sponsor branding. A subtle geometric pattern across the fabric takes inspiration from the historic mosaic floor of the Koninklijk Museum voor Schone Kunsten Antwerpen (KMSKA), while purple shorts and white socks complete the look.
A stealth black goalkeeper kit is also part of the new away collection.

UAE Pro League side Al Wasl SC has officially revealed its new away kit for the 2026-27 season. Produced once again by Puma, the new strip delivers a sleek, stealthy aesthetic to contrast with the club's traditional yellow home look.
The Puma Al Wasl 2026-27 away jersey is predominantly black, highlighted by subtle tonal patterning woven across the fabric. It features monochrome silver and white sponsor applications and club crest, accompanied by the white Puma cat logo and the United Arab Emirates national flag positioned centrally on the chest. Matching black shorts and socks complete the clean, blackout-inspired look for the Dubai-based side.
Viborg FF 26-27 Away Kit Released
Danish Superliga club Viborg FF has officially launched its new away kit for the 26-27 season, produced by Capelli Sport. Following the release of their home strip earlier this summer, the new away uniform adopts a sophisticated, retro-inspired aesthetic.
The Capelli Viborg FF 26-27 away jersey features a clean white base highlighted by thin green vertical pinstripes and a subtle tonal geometric pattern embossed throughout the fabric. A distinctive green polo collar with a square neckline leads the design, paired with matching green cuffs and fully color-coordinated sponsor prints and club branding. On the upper back beneath the collar, a miniature graphic of Viborg's historic seal completes the look.

New Balance has officially launched its latest blackout collection for the 26-27 season, dubbed the Blackout pack. Bringing a clean, understated aesthetic to the pitch, the stealthy drop covers all three of the American brand's primary football boot silos: the Furon, Tekela, and classic 442.
The Blackout pack focuses on a distraction-free, murdered-out look with only minimal, refined contrast outlining the signature 'N' logos and silo branding. The speed-oriented Furon features subtle light detailing across its streamlined knit upper, while the control-focused Tekela and premium leather 442 retain almost fully matte and tonal finishes for pure performance and comfort.
Al Ahly 26-27 Third Kit Released
Egyptian giants Al Ahly SC have officially launched their new 26-27 third kit by Adidas. The release completes the Cairo club's full kit collection for the 26-27 campaign, following the earlier reveals of their traditional red home strip and the new away shirt.
The Adidas Al Ahly 26-27 third jersey introduces an eye-catching design built on a pale sand base. The standout feature is a dynamic maroon graphic spread across the chest and shoulders, creating a striking smoke- or sandstorm-like effect. Dark maroon is also used for the crew collar, sleeve cuff trim, and the iconic Three Stripes along the shoulders.

The Umbro Cape Town City 2026-27 away jersey introduces a fresh colorway, combining a light mint green base with a subtle, intricate graphic pattern across the front and sleeves. Darker green trim on the crew neck collar and sleeve cuffs provides clean contrast.
All club and partner branding, including the stylized CTFC crest, the Umbro logo, and the SportPesa sponsor on the chest, appears in a matching dark green tone. A special anniversary jocktag is positioned near the lower hem to mark 10 years since the club's establishment in 2016.

The Kelme Hong Kong Rangers 26-27 home shirt features a vibrant royal blue base covered in an all-over dynamic graphic of diagonal, brushstroke-style streaks in cyan and white. The shirt is finished with a classic V-neck collar, white trim on the cuffs, and white sponsor prints on the front and back, alongside the club's circular crest on the chest.

Sporting CP 120-Year Anniversary Shirt Hit by Crest Peeling Quality Issues
Sporting CP recently celebrated their 120th anniversary with the launch of a special commemorative 26-27 jersey. Images shared online show the golden lion emblem and shield cracking and peeling away from the fabric after only a month of use, despite fans following strict hand-washing routines. The issue appears to be widespread, with staff at the club's official Loja Verde store reportedly acknowledging multiple complaints and advising customers to avoid machine washing.
Fortunately, Sporting CP's retail staff have been handling the situation proactively by exchanging defective jerseys on the spot and reapplying custom name and number printing at no extra cost. It remains to be seen whether any adjustments will be made to the badge application for remaining or future production runs.
