Famous Players Feature In 21-22 Kit Photo Shoot, Then Change Club

Fans often take it as a sign that if a player is featured on the kit launch that he will stay with the club (or if he is not that he could leave). However, this transfer window and kit launch season again confirmed that it doesn't say anything about it.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Grealish & Griezmann Showcase & Wear New Kits Of Now Old Clubs

Three of this summer's biggest transfers presented the new 21-22 kits of their now old clubs. Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus ->Manchester United), Jack Grealish (Aston Villa -> Man City), and Antoine Griezmann (FC Barcelona -> Atletico).

Grealish did never were the Aston Villa 21-22 kit in a match

Cristiano Ronaldo was the main player for the launch of the Juventus 21-22 third kit on 19 August 2021, before joining Manchester United. Griezmann, meanwhile, was featured as one of the main players for the launch of the FC Barcelona 21-22 home kit, while he joined Atletico Madrid on Deadline Day. Grealish was the main player of the Aston Villa 21-22 home kit launch on 14 July (transfer to Man City on 5 August 2021).

Cristiano and Griezmann also wore the 2021-22 kits of their now old teams, while Grealish did never were the Aston Villa 21-22 kit.

Messi and Sancho did not feature in the 21-22 kit launches of Barcelona / BVB

Messi did not feature on any of FC Barcelona's 2021-22 kit launches. Sancho did not feature on any of BVB's 21-22 kit launches. Lukaku did not feature in Inter's kit launch.

In 2017, Neymar transferred to Paris Saint-Germain in a move worth €222 million, making him the most expensive player ever. Neymar showcased the Barcelona 2017-18 home kit and the PSG 2017-18 third kit.

Other prominent examples of the past include Falcao and James Rodriguez (2014-15: Monaco to Manchester United / Real Madrid), Kylian Mbappé (Monaco to PSG), Rooney (2017-18:Manchester United -> Everton), and Arda Turan (2015-16: Atletico -> FC Barcelona). There are dozens more.

Madrid CFF 26-27 Away Kit Released

Spanish Liga F club Madrid CFF has debuted its new Nike away kit for the 26-27 season. Featuring a stealthy black base with a subtle textured chevron pattern, the jersey is highlighted by a central vertical stripe comprised of fluorescent pink bars, inside of which the club name "MADRID CFF" is inscribed in neon volt lettering. The vibrant color scheme is complemented by a volt Nike Swoosh on the right chest, a recolored pink and volt crest, and matching pink sponsor prints across the front, paired with contrasting white shorts and socks.
