The reason is that Leicester's 'preferred' "new main sponsor KBET is a hitherto unknown – and illegal – online bookmaker".

This is not the first time "The Foxes" have worn a pink shirt. The last and only other time Leicester City used pink was for their highly popular 2019-20 third kit.
