In the new media day photos, Maguire was clearly seen wearing and handling the newest black, white, and volt Adidas Predator 25 boots. This has fueled strong speculation that the relationship between the player and Puma has quietly come to an end.
Harry Maguire has been one of the main ambassadors for the Puma King silo since he left Nike to join the German brand in late 2019.
Is a Deal With Adidas Imminent?
While seeing a player in a new brand's boots often signals an impending contract, this might not be a done deal just yet.
A simpler explanation could be that since Adidas is Manchester United's official kit supplier, their products, including the latest boots, are readily available in the dressing room.
