Leaked: Bayern München 23-24 Third/Champions League Kit to Bring Back 2001 Design?
We have received new information about the FC Bayern München 2023-24 third kit, which is totally different from our previous one.
Some weeks ago, we leaked that Bayern's 23-24 third is set to be white & dark red (maroon). However, it now appears possible that there was an error in the product data we have been sent and that the final kit will be totally different.
Data Error? Our info may wrongly featured the home kit
Indeed, it seems likely that our data for the third kit wrongly featured the color info of the home kit.
Bayern München 23-24 Third/Champions League Kit
The Adidas FC Bayern München 23-24 third/Champions League shirt will "have the same colorway and nearly the same design as the 2000-01 UEFA Champions League-winning kit", our source says.
The Bayern 2000-01 Champions League kit had a no-nonsense design in red and white and is still a fans' favorite. The color of the 2023-2024 third kit could be a bit darker than the one on the original shirt.
The third kit could serve as the main Champions League jersey
There also will be a special Lifestyler version of the Bayern 23-24 third kit. It is pure speculation, but it would be great if that would feature Stripes that go the full length of the sleeves without interruption.
The third kit could serve as the main Champions League kit, as it was the case in the past
It seems likely that the Bayern Munich 2023-2024 third kit will serve as the main kit for the Champions League (and possibly also for the DFB Pokal), to be worn also in home matches.
The Adidas FC Bayern 2023-2024 third/Champions League shirt launches in August/September 2023.

In a nod to the club's heritage, the poll is scheduled to close this Friday, May 15 at exactly 19:22 - a tribute to the club’s founding year.
