Footy Headlines can exclusively leak that Nike is set to launch a brand-new football boot silo, expanding its main lineup to four distinct models for the first time in two years.
Nike to Release All-New Football Boots
The all-new Nike 2026 boots silo will be available in both high-top (with a Dynamic Fit collar) and low-top versions. This caters to different player preferences, a strategy Nike has used successfully with the Mercurial (Superfly and Vapor) & Phantom (high-cut and low-cut).
At this time, we have no information on the name, colorway, or specific technology of the new boot.
The addition of a new silo will bring Nike's flagship roster to four, joining the established Mercurial, Phantom, and Tiempo lines.
Nike's Last New Silo Was Short-Lived
The last time Nike launched a completely new silo was the Phantom Luna in the summer of 2023.
However, the Phantom Luna had a short lifespan as a standalone silo, existing for only six months before it was merged with the Phantom GX to create the updated Phantom GX/Luna 2 at the end of 2023. It remains to be seen if this new fourth silo will have a more permanent place in Nike's lineup.
The launch edition of the next-generation Nike Phantom 2 football boots has a striking design. They combine a Green Glow base with two multicolor Swooshs.

This major new boot is scheduled to debut in early Summer 2026, just in time to be a headline product for the 2026 World Cup in North America.
