The new Nike 2026 AERO-FIT technology appears to feature a more advanced and intricate knit pattern than its predecessor. Based on leaked images of a prototype England 2026 World Cup kit, the fabric seems to be thinner and incorporates more prominent ventilation holes and zones.
This could be a direct response to feedback that the current authentic kits can feel a bit heavy. The move to AERO-FIT likely aims to create a significantly lighter and more breathable jersey, optimized for performance in all conditions, including the hot weather expected at the World Cup in North America.
