Manchester United Ends DXC Technology Sleeve Sponsor Deal

  • Partnership Termination: Manchester United has officially ended its four-season sleeve sponsorship with DXC Technology, beginning the 2026-27 campaign without a new partner.
  • Sponsorship History: DXC Technology served as Manchester United's official sleeve sponsor for four consecutive seasons, appearing on the kits from the 2022-23 campaign through to the end of the 2025-26 season.
  • Search for New Sponsor: Manchester United is actively seeking a replacement for the premium £20 million per year sleeve sponsorship slot, which marks the first time in eight seasons the club has started without one.

After four seasons together, Manchester United has officially parted ways with sleeve sponsor DXC Technology. The Red Devils have kicked off the 2026-27 campaign without a new sleeve partner locked in place.

DXC Technology first became Manchester United's official sleeve sponsor ahead of the 2022-23 season, featuring consistently on the left sleeve of all first-team kits across the last four campaigns.

Interestingly, the DXC Technology branding made a brief appearance on the new 2026-27 home kit during the final two fixtures of the 2025-26 season. However, that marked the final outing of the partnership, as the commercial deal officially expired at the conclusion of that campaign.

Blank Sleeves on the Pitch and in Promos

Signs of the departure became clear throughout the summer. The club's official 2026-27 kit launch imagery and promo photoshoots all showcased completely blank left sleeves.

Any remaining doubts were put to rest during pre-season and United's opening competitive match of the 2026-27 season, where the squad took to the pitch without any sponsor logo on the sleeve, confirming that no contract extension was agreed upon.

First Time Without a Sleeve Sponsor in 8 Seasons

This marks the first time in eight consecutive seasons that Manchester United enters a new campaign without a sleeve sponsor.

The club is currently active in the market seeking a replacement sponsor to occupy the premium space on their kit. The previous agreement with DXC Technology was valued at approximately £20 million per year, meaning finding a suitable successor will be a significant financial priority for the club's commercial department.
