Inter Milan striker Francesco Pio Esposito experienced a bizarre kit mishap during the Nerazzurri's 26-27 Serie A opener against AC Monza at San Siro. Wearing the number 94 jersey - chosen in tribute to his childhood neighborhood in Castellammare di Stabia - the young forward had to change his shirt twice during the match after his printed numbers repeatedly peeled off the fabric.

The malfunction began when the digit '4' started to peel completely away from his jersey, forcing him to head to the sideline for a fresh replacement shirt.
